Dear Parents and Guardians of Hammond School,

Bestselling children’s author, Mel Taylor-Bessent, visited your school last year to talk about her fantastically festive debut, The Christmas Carrolls, and she’s been back in touch to spread some more cheer. 

As so many of your pupils enjoyed the first book in the series (and lots of them suggested ideas and character names for book two!), Mel has offered to sign and dedicate copies of the sequel, The Christmas Competition, if any pupils would like to order one. This opportunity is
for a limited time only, and is only available to a few select schools, but you are welcome to order additional books if you’d like extra copies for Christmas presents!

To receive a signed and dedicated copy of The Christmas Competition, please place your order by 30th September. Orders placed after 30th September will not be included. 

You must choose the option to 'Click & Collect Kew' and add a note to your order to include the following information at checkout, to ensure your order is matched to your child:​

• Your school's name, e.g. HAMMOND

• Your child's name

• Your child's class

 

Mel will then sign the books and deliver them to the school on or before publication day on 13th October.
